Yes, the minimum membership term is 12 months, after which your plan continues on a rolling monthly basis. This ensures members stay long enough to see real progress and results.

We do have members that are based in countries outside the UK, however, all of our events are UK-based, and the majority of our training and community operates in the UK property market.
